Ragamala Dance Company is internationally-lauded for their pioneering dance work centering ancestral wisdom to contextualize the immigrant experience. Children of Dharma explores life—forever transforming, dissolving, and renewing—through an exploration of the inner landscapes of three central figures from the Hindu epic The Mahabharata. The Ramaswamys underscore the power of this expansive myth to reaffirm humanity’s relationship with nature and the sacred.
